ZenPrint is an Internet-focused technology firm and a leading provider of web-to-print software applications. The company was formed in 2006 when ZenPrint acquired assets and retained key employees of a 15-year old printing business. Since that time, ZenPrint has integrated best of breed printing equipment and technology with best known production methods to make and ship thousands of 100% unique products to satisfied customers all over the world.
ZenPrint was started in response to an unmet market need. In 2006, ZenPrint founder JD Gardner invested in a successful, rapidly growing restaurant chain, which was struggling to keep up with its growth including servicing numerous franchisee design and print collateral requests. These one off requests consumed key management resources and over time took focus away from brand building and revenue-driving activities. The goal to streamline this process, better control the brand, reduce fulfillment costs and make the brand more accessible resulted in the initial release of ZenPrint’s software - an online store for restaurant franchisees to customize corporate-approved marketing templates. Since that time, ZenPrint’s platform has evolved to meet the marketing needs of many businesses and channel partners.
