- Can I customize my online store to match my brand?
Yes. ZenFront online stores are designed give you the flexibility you need to skin your store to match your brand. Through our simple Admin, you can customize the logo, page backround, homepage graphics, navigation colors and actions, site buttons, header and footer copy and more.
- How much does it cost to set up a ZenFront?
ZenFront set ups are priced according to customer needs. The cost to set up a store will vary based on site design requirements, number of SKUs in the system and any additional integration requirements defined by our clients.
- How is money collected from purchases?
Each ZenFront is set up with a built in merchant account and customers are able to use all major credit cards to place their orders. Commissions from sales are sent out to clients 30 days after the close of the previous month.
- What type of shipping options are available?
ZenFront stores are configured to ship with either FedEx or UPS shipping services. Clients can choose to ship on their own shipping account if they provide ZenPrint with a third party shipping number.
- How much money can I make on printed items?
ZenPrint provides wholesale pricing to our clients and allow clients to determine and control the market price on the items they sell. Depending on the product, partners can expect to make between a 20% and 30% mark up on print on demand items.
- What do I need to provide to offer variable data print products, like business cards?
All variable data print items must be sent to ZenPrint in an Adobe Indesign file with the appropriate embedded images and fonts. Each Indesign file is sent through a Quality Assurance process to ensure your file prints accurately each time it is customized and ordered. Non-variable data print files can be sent as an Adobe Illustrator file if no Indesign file is available.
- What types of products can I offer on my ZenFront?
ZenPrint is always open to exploring new print ideas and welcomes your requests. Common print on demand items include: business cards, banners, address labels, brochures, flyers, newsletters, window decals, car magnets, greeting cards, stationery, t-shirts, hats, mugs, posters and a host of other print types. Additionally, ZenPrint offers a warehouse, pick, pack and ship service for items you may own that you would like to fulfill with your print items.
- Can I ship from my warehouse?
Clients wishing to ship from their own warehouse can do so through the ZenPrint admin's shipping interface. Client's should be aware that if they are shipping some items from their own warehouse and offering print items from our warehouse, they will incur multiple shipping charges which usually exceed what the customer pays during checkout.
- How many items can I sell in my store?
The total amount a SKUs your store can handle is unlimited. Training materials for setting up a product SKU in a store are available upon request. The cost for setting up print on demand templates is determined by the overall project set up. Clients should be aware that requesting more than 10 template set ups may incur additional fees.
- How can I get a wholesale price list?
Pricing for requested print products are available upon request.
- What are the options available for a ZenFront? And, what do they mean?
- Setup Fee
- The set up fee is waived for self service plans where the customer is designing their own site using the Do-it-Yourself (DIY) site design tools provided by ZenPrint. Setup Fees are required for custom designed sites submitted to ZenPrint for use on a ZenFront. Custom site design and setup fees are usually incurred by Enterprise Clients.
- Non-ZenPrint Transaction Fee
- ZenPrint charges 1% percent of the retail price of any non-ZenPrint item sold through a ZenFront portal. For example, if you sold Cowbells for $10 through a ZenFront, ZenPrint would collect 1% or $0.10 from the sale of the Cowbell. Printed items that are printed and fulfilled by ZenPrint are NOT assessed a 1% fee.
- ZenPrint Catalog Pricing
- Subscribers are provided wholesale pricing on ZenPrint printed products and are given the flexibility to define how much mark-up to put on each product they set up. Subscribers qualify for better wholesale pricing by upgrading to a higher ZenFront Plan.
- Maximum Non-ZenPrint SKUs
- Each ZenFront plan has a limit of how many Non-ZenPrint SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) can be added to a particular ZenFront. SKUs are counted based on the product and the variables of that product. For example, a T-shirt that is sold in 5 different sizes (S, M, L, XL, and XXL) is counted as a total of 5 SKUs toward the total amount of SKUs allowed by that particular plan.
- File and Image Storage
- Each ZenFront subscription has a file storage limit. Files such as product images, downloadable products, site ads and banners ads. Resource files provided for print products are not counted toward your total storage capacity.
- Base Product Features
- Whether print or non-print, subscribers have the ability to build products around our existing feature set. Sell everything from printed shirts and banners to promotional products and swag.
- Unlimited Bandwidth and Transactions
- Every ZenFront plan allows subscribers to drive as much traffic and sell as much as they can. ZenPrint reserves the right to manage ZenFront store owners that engage in practices deemed as abusive.
- Sell Non-ZenPrint Products
- Paid ZenFront plans allow subscribers to sell not only printed products, but also to sell their own products through a ZenFront. ZenPrint charges 1% percent of the retail price of any non-ZenPrint item sold through a ZenFront portal. For example, if you sold Cowbells for $10 through a ZenFront, ZenPrint would collect 1% or $0.10 from the sale of the Cowbell. Printed items that are printed and fulfilled by ZenPrint are NOT assessed a 1% fee.
- PayPal Checkout
- Paid ZenFront plans allow subscribers to use their PayPal account to accept payment from their customers. Subscribers who choose to use their own PayPal account must have a credit card on file with ZenPrint to cover monthly fees related to the sale of print and non-print products.
- Google Checkout
- Paid ZenFront plans allow subscribers to use their Google Checkout account to accept payment from their customers. Subscribers who choose to use their own Google Checkout account must have a credit card on file with ZenPrint to cover monthly fees related to the sale of print and non-print products.
- Custom Domain
- ZenFront Subscribers on plans that include the Custom Domain feature can register their own domain and point the NameServers from that domain at their ZenFront. To transition from a ZenFront domain to a Custom Domain, Subscribers must adjust their Domain information in the My Account section after logging into their account at ZenPrint.com.
- Discount Rules
- ZenFront Subscribers on plans that include the Discount Rules feature can set up and manage their own promotional codes to be used by customers during the check out process. Promotional codes can be set up to give discounts to customers on specific products or all products and can be configured to provide a percentage discount a dollar amount discount.
- Integrated Product Customizer
- ZenFront Subscribers on plans that include the Integrated Product Customizer feature are given access to the ZenStudio application. ZenStudio allows customers create their own designs when creating custom print products from ZenPrint.
- Loyalty Rewards Program
